Skill-oriented programmes preparing a workforce for the tea industry, offered through the College's Community College Scheme.
The College introduced the Community College Scheme (under UGC) in 2015–16, starting with a Diploma course in Tea Plantation and Management. In 2018, the B.Voc. Programme in Small Tea Garden Management was also introduced. The minimum educational qualification for enrolment into these courses is a Higher Secondary pass in any stream. The courses target providing a skilled workforce to the tea industry.
